How did you come up with your derby name and/or number? (And what do your teammates call you?)

I love to sew in my free time and during derby I will wedge myself between blockers (at the seam) to get through the pack. One of my teammates came up with the name and I knew it was the one.

What made you decide to try roller derby?

I didn't know roller derby was a thing until I saw Whip it. After watching the movie I was all about derby and looking for local leagues once I was able to participate.

All my wonderful teammates :)

What position or role do you have within the league?

Vet Skater

What are you most excited about this season?

Rippin' it up on the track.

Do you have a game day ritual or routine?

Internal panic and skating hard to make it go away.

What is your favorite or least favorite drill/skill at practice and why?

Favorite- Skating at a decent pace and transitioning to running on your toes because its scary but a very useful skill to get comfortable with.

If you had to choose an animal to be, which would you choose and why?

Raccoon, because they have the cutest little hands and they're scrappy.
